Refund & Cancellation Policy

VibeScan is operated by Studio 7. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Cancellation

You can cancel a Pro or Premium subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds for the current month.

Refunds

• Subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review a refund in good faith.
• single scan: because it unlocks a full result immediately, it is non-refundable once the scan has run.

Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction. Refunds are issued via Paddle to the original payment method.
